4. Prices & Taxes

  • All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP).
  • Prices include all applicable UK taxes and fees.
  • No additional customs duties apply as orders are shipped to UK customers only.

6. Shipping & Fulfilment

7. Right to Cancel & Returns

  • UK consumers have a statutory 14-day cancellation right beginning the day after goods are received.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned in good condition.

8. Warranty

We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on all products.
To make a claim, contact support@manciaga.com with your order details and proof of defect (photo/video).
