Shipping Policy

At Manciaga, we aim to provide reliable and transparent delivery services for all UK customers. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
Orders placed from outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM GMT (Mon–Fri) begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day.

3. Handling & Dispatch

  • Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Deliveries are made via trusted tracked courier services (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, or similar).

5. Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping on all UK orders.
No minimum spend is required.

6. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to follow your parcel’s journey.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it:

  1. Please check with neighbours or designated safe places.
  2. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
  3. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@manciaga.com for further assistance.

8. Restrictions

We do not currently ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or British Overseas Territories

9. Lost or Stolen Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
  • If a parcel is confirmed as delivered but stolen from your property (porch theft), we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier, but we cannot accept liability.
