At Manciaga, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your order in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Window

  • UK consumers have a statutory 14-day cancellation right beginning the day after goods are received.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days.
  • To initiate a return, please email support@manciaga.com with your order number.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Underwear, swimwear, or items with broken hygiene seals
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details and we will provide instructions.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect items).

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@manciaga.com with supporting photos.
  • We will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
